I'm a full stack engineer. I build products and then own them.

For the last two of my six years writing code I've been on the web side of Nicegram Hub, a catalogue of five million URLs, where the problem is crawl budget rather than load. I brought its Core Web Vitals into the green across the whole catalogue, and made its prerendered pages cacheable at the CDN, which halved time to first byte on a hit, 326ms to 166.

I built the A/B layer the product runs its experiments on, and rebuilt it to carry several at once. It survived a merge of the repositories and the rest of the product uses it now.

I built a support platform on my own, which replaced a paid SaaS. I've shipped payment and checkout integrations, and built the DegenPhone front end on TON and Solana in a small team.

Outside work I have a few projects of my own, end to end: the frontend, the backend, the mobile app, and the infrastructure they run on.

I write here about what I've built or used, and about the parts that only show up once you have.
